Extradimensional Abomination #3
The Puppeteer, impaling your body with needle tipped appendages, hijacks your nervous system, causing the victims muscles to randomly spasm and flail as the helpless victim is trapped within their own body as the puppeteer toys randomly with their nerves. while its flat fins wraps around their torso tightly.
